Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of LeadZ's services. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. We may modify this policy at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Prohibited Activities

Illegal Activities

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
• Distribute child exploitation material
• Facilitate illegal gambling
• Sell illegal drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods
• Engage in human trafficking or prostitution
• Violate intellectual property rights

Abusive Behavior

• Harass, threaten, or defame others
• Post hateful, violent, or discriminatory content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
• Stalk or invade others' privacy
• Dox or publish private information without consent

Spam & Unsolicited Communications

• Send spam, bulk email, or unsolicited SMS
• Use purchased or scraped contact lists
• Violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or anti-spam laws
• Send messages without proper opt-out mechanisms
• Continue messaging after opt-out requests
• Use misleading subject lines or sender information

Security Violations

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Conduct security testing without permission
• Interfere with Service operation or availability
• Launch DDoS attacks or other disruptive activities
• Bypass authentication or security measures
• Exploit vulnerabilities without disclosure

Data Scraping & Automation

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization
• Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools excessively
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Extract or copy competitor information
• Build competing products using our data

Resource Abuse

• Consume excessive bandwidth or storage
• Create multiple accounts to evade limits
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining
• Overload systems with excessive API calls
• Run background processes that degrade performance

3. Communication Guidelines

SMS & Messaging

• Obtain explicit consent before sending SMS
• Clearly identify your business in messages
• Provide opt-out instructions in every message
• Honor opt-out requests immediately
• Comply with TCPA and local telecom regulations
• Avoid sending messages during quiet hours (9 PM - 8 AM)

Email

• Use accurate sender information
• Include a valid physical address
• Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 days
• Don't use deceptive subject lines
• Identify promotional emails as advertisements

Phone Calls

• Comply with Do Not Call registries
• Disclose recording if enabled
• Identify yourself and your business
• Respect time zone differences
• Don't use robocalls without consent

4. Content Standards

You are responsible for all content you upload, create, or share. Content must not:

• Contain sexually explicit material (pornography)
• Promote violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Include hate speech or discriminatory content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Violate privacy or publicity rights
• Contain false or misleading information
• Include malicious code or phishing links

5. Account Security

You must:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Use strong, unique passwords
• Enable two-factor authentication (recommended)
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others
• Supervise all users you authorize
• Accept responsibility for all account activity

6. Third-Party Integrations

When using third-party integrations:

• Comply with third-party terms of service
• Ensure you have rights to sync data
• Don't violate API rate limits
• Respect data ownership and licensing
• Maintain security of API keys and credentials

7. Fair Use of Resources

Reasonable Use

We provide generous usage limits, but you must use resources reasonably:

• Don't exceed SMS/email limits without upgrading
• Keep file uploads to reasonable sizes
• Limit API calls to documented rates
• Don't run background processes continuously

Storage

• Don't use us as a file hosting or backup service
• Store only business-related files
• Delete unnecessary files regularly
• Don't upload copyrighted content without rights

Actions We May Take

• Warning: First-time minor violations
• Temporary Suspension: Moderate violations or repeat offenses
• Permanent Termination: Serious or repeated violations
• Legal Action: Criminal activity or significant harm
• Report to Authorities: Illegal activities

Termination for AUP violations does not entitle you to a refund. We may also ban you from creating future accounts.

10. No Liability

We are not responsible for your violations of this AUP. You agree to indemnify us for any damages, costs, or liabilities arising from your violations, including attorney fees.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
